Agreement to Terms

By booking an appointment or using services from Nurturing Massage and Wellness ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not book services with us.

Services Provided

We provide professional therapeutic massage services including Swedish, deep tissue, myofascial cupping, and Ashiatsu massage by Oregon-licensed massage therapists. Our services are intended for relaxation, stress relief, and therapeutic benefit — they are not a substitute for medical care.

Appointments and Booking

  • By Appointment Only: We do not accept walk-ins. All visits must be scheduled in advance.
  • Booking: Appointments may be booked online through our Vagaro scheduling system or by phone.
  • Arrival: Please arrive a few minutes before your scheduled time. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session.

Cancellation Policy

We respectfully request at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a fee at our discretion. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to change your appointment.

Payment

Payment is due at the time of service. We accept cash and major credit cards. Gift cards purchased through our website or in-studio may be redeemed for any service of equivalent value.

Health Disclosure

You are responsible for disclosing any health conditions, injuries, allergies, pregnancy, or medications that may affect your treatment. Massage therapy is contraindicated for certain conditions, and our therapists may decline service if it is not safe to proceed. We are not responsible for adverse outcomes resulting from undisclosed health conditions.

Professional Conduct

Our therapists provide professional, therapeutic massage only. Any inappropriate behavior, request, or conduct will result in immediate termination of the session, full charge for the appointment, and refusal of future services.

Gift Cards

Gift cards are non-refundable and may not be redeemed for cash. Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nurturing Massage and Wellness shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. The most current version will always be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
